‘Cooking on a Budget’
Programme delivered by health service Dietician Team working in local primary schools to address healthy eating agenda.  GDP support to provide links and address sustainability by training parents/volunteers to deliver the course 

Support programme of community outreach for mental health
Mental health education and training programme to be designed and delivered by MIND. Holistic approach embracing all local partners aims and objectives Emerging project

Self care training courses
Promotional support given by GDP to the development of an ‘expert patient programme’ delivered by the health service.  To address stress management, well being and generic self care issues

Improving services for older people
Create a hub for older people living in the GDP area, offering a safe haven, access to advice and a range of social activities which are easily accessible by all

Integrated local Health Programme
